Return and Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds once payment is completed. In the event that we deliver the wrong product to you, please get in touch within 1 working day (upon receipt of parcel) and we will arrange for an one-to-one exchange of product.
We ship to Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States of America (USA), Korea, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand.
Orders are packed and shipped out within the next working day. For local delivery, you can expect to receive your package within 2-3 working days after it has been picked up from us.

Weekdays (10am to 7pm), except Public Holidays.
Amendment of Orders
Once order is confirmed with payment, you are allowed to change the items ordered once (subject to product availability). We are unable to accommodate 2 or more amendments on the same order. Thank you.
